What a brilliant night at the PTA Christmas Fair! There were lots of games and fun for everyone and fabulous prizes to be won!!
The PTA did a money count today, helped by some willing P7s and the grand total raised last night was £1687.00!!!
This is a fantastic amount of money to be raised in one night!
To date PTA have raised £191.45 at Halloween, £210.00 from Cash for Clothes and £1687.00 at the Christmas Fair, giving a grand total of £2088.45 so far!
The money raised is being put towards an ActivPanel, which will enhance the development of ICT. Our ultimate aim is to put one of these in each of the three Key Stages in the school! They cost approximately £3,000 each!
We hope that the Tesco bag pack on Saturday 22nd December in Tesco Newcastle will raise the remainder needed for one and possibly a good amount towards purchasing a second one!!!
Please, please try to help at this event; we have drawn up a rota of help, so please let the school office know when you are free. The shifts are one hour in length and the more people who volunteer, the less shifts everyone has to do! The shifts are from 10 am until 7 pm. Sign up quickly so you get your pick of shifts!
A huge, massive thank you to all the PTA Committee, members and staff who made our Christmas Fair happen - you know who you are!! Well done!
