P4 and P5 visited Castleward-Shared Education

On Wednesday 14th June P4 and P5 travelled to Castleward to meet St Joseph's. This was a great trip to finish off our shared topic, 'Our wee Country.' We explored the lovely grounds of Castleward Park, used microscopes to examine insects, conducted a science experiment to learn how mice keep warm and best of all we got to meet up with our friends from St Joseph's.
